نبذة مختصرة : The rise of teleworking provided by technologies and digital media enabled the development of administrative labor activities more intensively from the measures of social isolation arising from the Covid-19 pandemic from 2020. In this context, the emergence of initiatives in the Public Administration to adopt teleworking in specific institutions even before the arrival of the pandemic is highlighted, as a process of innovation in public management. The work that was previously developed in a face-to-face way in the physical space of the public agency began to be carried out inside the servants' home amid domestic routines, family relationships, children, furniture, space and technological resources available, that involved the construction of meaning of teleworking in the public service space. In this context, the present research intends to analyze the personal experiences of federal public servants in telework after the global pandemic of Covid-19,sensemaking approach, addressing the creation and the effects of the senses created by public servants of federal public institution of Brazil, involving the realization of semi-structured interviews, demographic profile questionnaire and analysis of qualitative data based on the method of thematic analysis, developing a thematic map of the construction of meaning of telework after Covid-19.
