      Autor u radu nastoji naglasiti potrebu za korištenjem IKT-a u suvremenoj nastavi povijesti u radu s učenicima 21. stoljeća. Teorijski dio rada posvećen je učincima informacijsko-komunikacijske tehnologije po obrazovni sustav i nastavne procese. Osim toga, razlaže se pojam Web 2.0 kako bi se načinio uvod u središnji dio rada koji je posvećen detaljnoj deskriptivnoj analizi pomno odabranih digitalnih alata. Recenziranje digitalnih alata i njihovo vrednovanje u kontekstu nastave povijesti, osmišljeno je na način da se nastavnicima istovremeno ponude podrobne upute za korištenje svih mogućnosti koje nam digitalni alati nude, kao i konkretni prijedlozi uporabe istih u radu s učenicima osnovnih škola. Naposljetku, u radu se iznose rezultati provedenog istraživanja kojim se nastojalo ispitati interese i zadovoljstva učenika u radu s predloženim digitalnim alatima: Wizer.me i PurposeGames. ; The author tries to emphasize the need to use information and communication technology in modern history teaching in working with 21st century students. The theoretical part of the paper is dedicated to the effects of ICT on the educational system and teaching processes. In addition to that, the term Web 2.0 is decomposed in order to make an introduction to the central part of the paper devoted to a detailed descriptive analysis of carefully selected digital tools. Reviewing digital tools and their evaluation in the context of history teaching is designed to offer teachers detailed instructions for using all the possibilities that digital tools offer us, as well as concrete suggestions for using them in working with primary school students. Finally, the paper presents the results of a study that sought to examine the interests and satisfaction of students in working with the proposed digital tools: Wizer.me and PurposeGames.
