نبذة مختصرة : Die Covid-19 Pandemie beschleunigte die Digitalisierung der agrarischen Beratung in Österreich. Ziel der Studie war es, die Forschungslücke in Hinblick auf Veränderungen in der verwendeten Beratungsmethodik zu schließen. Mithilfe von Interviews mit Expert:innen aus agrarischen Beratungsorganisationen wurden die wahrgenommenen Veränderungen der Fach- und Prozessberatung in Ein- und Mehrpersonensettings untersucht. Die Ergebnisse zeigten eine verstärkte Nutzung von Online-Formaten in den Beratungen, bei der Erstellung von Hilfsmitteln sowie in der Koordination der Berater:innen. Die Beratungen im neuen Onlineformat waren oft gründlicher vorbereitet und strukturierter als zuvor. The aim of the study was to close the research gap on changes in the advisory methodology. By means of interviews with experts from agricultural advisory organisations, the perceived changes in specialist and process advice in individual and working group consultations were examined. The results showed an increased use of online formats in consultations, in the creation of tools and in the coordination of advisors. The counselling in the new online format was often more thoroughly prepared and structured than before. Results showed that the pandemic acted as a turbo for the digitization of agricultural advisory services in Austria.
