نبذة مختصرة : In this article, in a historically important process, the provisions of the Statute of the International Court of Justice, which were signed at the final session of the United Nations Conference on the Establishment of an International Organization and entered into force on October 24, 1945, embody the main goals and ideas of the Charter and the dignity of the person, men and issues of women's equality, equal rights of large and small nations, contractual relations aimed at reestablishing trust, international development and the main principles aimed at further strengthening conditions of freedom, harmony, and security on a global scale are expressed.
