EXPERIENCING THE WORLD AS A WORKSHOP LEADER IN THE TRAINING OF EDUCATORS ; HABITAR O MUNDO COMO UM/A OFICINEIRO/A NA FORMAÇÃO DE EDUCADORES/AS

This study aims to present the power of Workshops in the initial training of educators. Methodologically, it mobilizes a Writing Workshop (PONTIN; GODOY, 2017) that, inspired by a cartography, establishes the importance of knowing with the will in the initial training of educators, especially in chemistry. The results point to the workshop as a power to inhabit the world of educator training, broadening the repertory of understanding and experimenting as a practice of freedom in the degree in chemistry. The reports and experiences gathered enhance the inhabitation of the world as a workshop worker in higher education, making educational work more attentive and careful with encounters involving chemical education. ; Neste estudo, objetiva-se apresentar a potência das Oficinas no percurso de formação inicial de educadores/as. Mobiliza-se, em termos metodológicos, uma escrita-oficina (PONTIN; GODOY, 2017), que inspirada em uma cartografia, situa a importância de conhecer com vontade na formação inicial de educadores/as, principalmente os/as de Química. Os achados apontam para Oficina como uma potência para habitar o mundo da formação de educadores/as, alargando o repertório de compreensão e experimentação como prática de liberdade na licenciatura em Química. Os relatos e vivências tramados potencializam a habitação do mundo como um/a oficineiro/a na formação superior, tornando o trabalho educacional mais atento e cuidadoso para com os encontros envolvendo Educação Química.
