The Role of Knowledge Management Components in Predicting the Organizational Health Components (Case Study: Roads and Urban Development Department in Southern Sistan and Balouchestan Province

      The Knowledge is a pivot for value creation in today organizations. The Knowledge reserve as a strategic funding of every organization is considered as the most important competitive advantage of organizations. On the other hand, the organizational health is resulted to the organization survival in itself environment and also, promote compatibility with it. Actually organizational health is the organization ability to growth and constant improvement. This research investigated the relationship between knowledge management and organizational health in the Roads and Urban Development Southern Department of Sistan and Balouchestan province. Research method in terms of the purpose is applied and in terms of data collection methods is a descriptive – correlational research. The Statistical population of the study is consisting of 607 employees of Roads and Urban Development Southern Department of Sistan and Balouchestan province in 2012. According to the Morgan Table, the study sample is including 237 employees that were selected by cluster sampling. Data were collected by the knowledge management questionnaire with reliability 0.83 and the organizational health questionnaire with reliability 0.94, and were analyzed by the Pearson correlation and the simple regression analysis in the SPSS software. The results indicated that, the socialization has ability to predict the academic emphasis, consideration, initiating structure and institutional integration; the combination of knowledge has ability to predict all of the organizational health components; the externalization has ability to predict the academic emphasis, consideration, resource support and principal influence; and the internalization has ability to predict the morale, initiating structure, Institutional integration, resource support and principal influence.
