      Effective and harmonious transitions are defined as the accompaniment that is provided to girls, boys and their families, taking into account the diversity of the population that is served in the educational institution, this being a process that requires coordination at the intra-institutional and inter-institutional level. through the implementation of strategies. Thus, this research raises the problem in the weaknesses of the articulations of the school community (students, teachers and parents) of first grade in the Educational Institution Ciutadella Educative de Bosa, which leads to little adaptation and low academic level. with which boys/girls advance at the beginning of primary school. Thus, the methodology is adopted with a qualitative approach in action research, using data collection instruments such as the field diary, observation format and semi-structured interviews mainly, using the Lewin model of 1946, as a result it was found that the institution It does not have a guiding document focused on the TEA for the school adaptation of elementary school. In addition, the pedagogical planning and pedagogical practices are not adapted with the guidelines and regulations in them, therefore it was concluded to make a pedagogical proposal as guiding tool and document that facilitates their implementation in first grade boys/girls to guarantee continuity and permanence in the educational cycles they advance, thus allowing to support the reduction of repetition, school dropout and improve quality educational. ; Las Transiciones Efectivas y Armónicas se definen como una serie de estrategias de acompañamiento educativo enfocadas a la garantía de la adaptación escolar de preescolar a primaria, este es un proceso que requiere de articulaciones a nivel intrainstitucional e interinstitucional con acciones reales que faciliten un acoplamiento con el menor traumatismo posible para los niños, niños en el nuevo escenario formativo.
