Informe de experiencia profesional desarrollada en la empresa Snacks America Latina S.R.L. (Período 2015-2018)

El presente informe titulado: “INFORME DE EXPERIENCIA PROFESIONAL DESARROLLADA EN LA EMPRESA SNACKS AMERICA LATINA S.R.L. (PERIÓDO 2015 – 2018)”, tiene como objetivo principal poner en evidencia la experiencia laboral obtenida, la misma que permitió detectar la causa de los problemas suscitados en el proceso de abastecimiento del Centro de Distribución de Trujillo, de la empresa descrita. De acuerdo al informe, se pudo encontrar como causa principal, la falta de coordinación entre las áreas interesadas y el interés de cada una de ellas por cumplir con sus objetivos particulares, dejando de lado el objetivo principal de cumplir con el abastecimiento en los plazos establecidos. Se logró reunir a los representantes de cada área y poder establecer los lineamientos de un nuevo flujo de trabajo, firmar un compromiso y estar obligados a cumplirlos. De no tener en cuenta lo acordado se estará expuesto a las sanciones correspondientes vigentes en el código de conducta. ; This report entitled: "PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE REPORT DEVELOPED IN THE COMPANY SNACKS AMERICA LATINA S.R.L. (PERIOD 2015 - 2018) ", has as main objective to highlight the work experience obtained, which allowed to detect the cause of the problems raised in the supply process of the Trujillo Distribution Center, of the company described. According to the report, the main cause was the lack of coordination between the interested areas and the interest of each of them to meet their particular objectives, leaving aside the main objective of fulfilling the supply within the established deadlines. It was possible to gather the representatives of each area and establish the guidelines for a new workflow, sign a commitment and be obliged to comply with them.
