      Introduction: the children's parents to take care of the welfare of their children, or properly? physical activity becomes one of the main physical, social and emotional wellbeing (Maciulevičienė, irk t., 2006). It is important to uncover the links between nutrition and physical activity, \"irregular\" nutrition, fast food, low biodiversity value foods and diets are considered harmful to health in compliance with the basic outline of conduct. \" (Dailidienė, ir kt., 2001) Aim: analysis of preschool and primary school-age children and their parents ' physical activity and nutrition. Exploratory tasks : 1. Set pre-school and primary school-age children and their parents' physical activity interfaces. 2. Analyze the preschool and primary school-age children and their parents' eating habits. 3. Assess parents' health literacy significance of physical activity and nutrition. Hypothesis: the lack of parents, health literacy affects preschool and primary school-age children's healthy nutrition and physical activity. Parents ' disadvantage in the health lifestyle affects children's physical activity and nutrition. Discussion and Conclusion: 1. Results of the study showed that parents' physical activity has a positive effect on their children's physical activity . Physically active parents' children are more physically active compared to physically inactive parents to children. 2. Parents and their children's diet is directly related . From Parent eating habits within their children's eating habits . Physically active parents and their children, consume more fruits and vegetables than in physically inactive parents and their children . 3. Parental health literacy has a direct impact on the health- related behavior . Parents and their children, whose health literacy is a higher level of being physically active. Parental health literacy has a significant impact on children's development.
