Tratamento da documentação permanente da Coordenação de Convênios da UFPB: um relato de experiência

It reports the experience lived in a non-mandatory internship in the Archival Course, developed at the Coordination of Agreements of the Federal University of Paraíba (UFPB). Through a case study, qualitative research, to present the experience report, a synthesis of the activities carried out with the referred collection was carried out, highlighting the advantages and advances achieved in the course of the internship. The characteristics of the Coordination of Agreements (CODECON) of UFPB, where the activities were carried out, are presented, as well as the definitions of the document types found in the sector. Arguments about digital documents, digitization of documents and digital repositories were made so that the work of the internship could then be reported chronologically, focused on digitizing permanent documents, describing the processes and techniques of digitization, storage, preservation and collection of documentation sector, also highlighting the moments of adversity and learning found during the work period. In conclusion, it is highlighted how the internship experience during graduation is confirmed as something significant for the labor market, leaving the suggestion and appeal for the internship in Archival Science at UFPB to be mandatory in the near future to obtain maximum knowledge, so that you can enjoy everything that the grandiose archivology course has to offer. ; : Relata a experiência vivida em um estágio não-obrigatório do Curso de Arquivologia, desenvolvido na Coordenação de Convênios da Universidade Federal da Paraíba (UFPB).
