The right to public order: the case of the urban parish of La Dolorosa de Priorato, Ibarra, Ecuador ; El derecho al orden público: caso parroquia urbana la Dolorosa de Priorato, Ibarra, Ecuador

The general objective of the research was to legally analyze the right to public order: The case of the urban parish of La Dolorosa de Priorato, Ibarra, Ecuador. This research used the quantitative method, which produces descriptive data, originating from data collection. Supported by the documentary-bibliographic review. In addition, the inductive-deductive method was used. The analytical-synthetic method was also used. A survey was carried out with a sample of 54 people from the La Dolorosa del Priorato neighbourhood. It is concluded that the inhabitants of the parish live in constant violation of the right to public order, as they are victims of robbery, theft and intimidation, although they have already reported the problem to the authorities ; El objetivo general de la investigación fue analizar jurídicamente el derecho al orden público: Caso parroquia urbana la Dolorosa de Priorato, Ibarra Ecuador. La presente investigación utilizó el método cuantitativo el cual produce datos descriptivos, que se originan por la recolección de datos. Apoyado en la revisión documental-bibliográfica. Además, se empleó el método inductivo-deductivo. Se planteó además el método analítico-sintético. Se aplicó una encuesta, con una muestra de 54 personas del barrio la Dolorosa del Priorato. Se concluye que, los moradores de la Parroquia viven en constante transgresión del derecho al orden público, ya que, son víctimas de robos, hurtos e intimidaciones, aunque ya han denunciado el problema a las autoridades
