Feelings experienced by users, relatives and workers of a Psychosocial Care Center ; Sentimentos vivenciados por usuários, familiares e trabalhadores de um Centro de Atenção Psicossocial

Objective: understanding the feelings of users, relatives and workers of a Psychosocial Care Center about the mental health care. Method: it is a field study, with qualitative nature. The study had the participation of 10 users, 10 health workers and 10 relatives. We have used the semi-structured interview with the following question >. The utterances were subjected to the content analysis technique. The research project was approved by the Ethics Research Committee, under the Protocol nº 06541547-7. Results: after analysis, two categories have emerged > and >. The feelings were related to the issue of mental illness itself and to the interaction among the subjects, by promoting the rehabilitation of the mentally ill patient. Conclusion: The interviews have unveiled the representations, the limits and possibilities occasioned by the mental illness, which is part of the mental health care process. RESUMO Objetivo: apreender os sentimentos dos usuários, familiares e trabalhadores de um Centro de Atenção Psicossocial acerca do cuidado em saúde mental. Método: estudo de campo, de cunho qualitativo. Participaram 10 usuários, 10 trabalhadores e 10 familiares. Foi utilizada a entrevista semiestruturada com a seguinte questão >. As verbalizações foram submetidas à técnica de análise de conteúdo. O projeto de pesquisa foi aprovado pelo Comitê de Ética em Pesquisa, sob o Protocolo nº 06541547-7. Resultados: após análise, emergiram duas categorias . Os sentimentos foram relacionados à própria questão do adoecimento mental e à interação entre sujeitos, promovendo a ressocialização do portador de transtorno mental. Conclusão: as entrevistas revelaram as representações, os limites e as possibilidades ocasionadas pelo adoecer mental, o qual faz parte do processo cuidar em saúde mental.
