      Active methodologies are teaching strategies centered on student participation with a focus on building the learning process, in a flexible, interconnected and hybrid way. The objective of this work is to analyze the national scientific production about the themes of active teaching­learning methodology in undergraduate courses, with an emphasis on Occupational Therapy. This study constitutes a narrative review of a descriptive character regarding teaching practices with a focus on active teaching­learningmethodologies in the Occupational Therapy undergraduate course. With the use of bibliographic review in research platforms, it is found that strategies aimed at the application of active methodologies, it is essential to reflect on how these methodologiescan really favor student engagement, as well as the possibilities of integrating these proposals to the curriculum. The active methodologies they seem to be interesting to develop clinical reasoning skills in undergraduate students in Occupational Therapy, being relevant to the courses of creating situations and supporting students to develop clinical reasoning and the development of clinical and practical skills. It is concluded that the implementation of Active Methodologies still needs more studies in relation to the graduation of Occupational Therapy and the need for more studies to evaluate the results of using these methodologies in educational institutions is already consolidated. ; Metodologias ativas são estratégias de ensino centradas na participação dos estudantes com enfoque na construção do processo de aprendizagem, de forma flexível, interligada e híbrida.
