Раздзел "Мытныя аспекты эканамічнай інтэграцыі ў рамках ЕўрАзЭС" ; Статья посвящена различным аспектам формирования Таможенного союза Беларуси, Казахстана и России, который был юридически оформлен в ноябре 2007 г. Авторы подробно рассматривают проблемы формирования Единого таможенного тарифа и меры нетарифного регулирования внешней торговли. Анализируются нововведения в Таможенном кодексе Таможенного союза ЕврАзЭС. Подробно освещены различные вопросы взаимодействия та¬моженных служб участников названного регионального интеграционного блока в новых ус¬ловиях. Также затронуты проблемы политико-экономического характера, стоящие на пути более глубокой интеграции на евразийском геопространстве. = The article is devoted to various aspects of the formation of the Customs union of Belarus, Kazakhstan and Russia which has been legalized in November 2007. The authors examine in detail the problems of formation of the uniform custom tariff and non-tariff measures of regulation of foreign trade. Innovations in the Customs code of the Customs union EurAsEC are analyzed. Various questions of cooperation in new conditions of customs services of the participants of the named regional integration block are taken up. The political and economical problems standing on a way of deeper integration on the Euroasian geospace are also mentioned.
