Introduction: During the Covid 19 pandemic, alternative and complementary practices such as acupuncture were used in the care of frontline health workers, with the aim of promoting relief from the pressures and challenges faced. Objective: This study aimed to analyze in the literature the scientific evidence available on the use of acupuncture in the care of health workers during the Covid 19 pandemic. Methods: An integrative literature review was carried out based on articles from the Virtual Library database in Health (VHL). The search strategy for articles in Portuguese was: (Acupuncture) AND (Covid 19) AND (Worker's Health) AND (Health Personnel). For searches in English, the following strategy was used: (Acupuncture) AND (Covid 19) AND (Health Personnel) AND (Occupational Health). Primary articles, available in full, published between 2020 and 2022 in Portuguese or English, were selected. Those that did not respond to the guiding question and narrative, traditional, systematic and integrative review studies were excluded. Results: The search initially resulted in 59 articles, 40 with the search in English and 19 with the search in Portuguese. After applying the exclusion criteria, 6 articles were selected for the study. Conclusion: With the analysis, it was concluded that the use of acupuncture as a resource in the care of health professionals, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic, when used, promoted a significant reduction in the levels of stress and anxiety in professionals ; Introdução: Durante a pandemia por Covid 19, práticas alternativas e complementares como a acupuntura foram utilizados no cuidado do trabalhador de saúde da linha de frente, com o objetivo de promover alívio às pressões e aos desafios enfrentados.
