The objective of the Paper is to examine the processes of implementation currently used by the company, explore the methodology of implementation provided by Microsoft, gather information about the scope of problems in the field and to provide solutions for solving them. A short insight is provided into the software to be implemented - the Microsoft Dynamics CRM, and in the processes of system analysis in the course of discussion of the subject of the Paper.
