These files include supplemental data sets for the manuscript titled: Metformin treatment results in distinctive skeletal muscle mitochondrial remodeling in rats with different intrinsic aerobic capacities. We present some of our data with 3D visualization to determine if there was a spatial relationship (e.g., within or between mitochondrial electron transport complexes) of any changes in concentration or synthesis rates ( Figure 5A and 5B as well as Supplemental Figure 3 and 4 ). The file uploaded here shows video images that cannot be included in the manuscript. We also include the raw compass files for our SimpleWestern protein expression data. These files also include western blots for liver data ( Su pplemental Figure 2 ).
