Médulloblastome chez l'adulte : à propos d'un cas et revue de la littérature

Medulloblastoma is a rare tumor in adults. Our aim is to report a case in an adult and to describe the characteristics of this tumor. This was a 35-year-old woman who presented a cerebellar syndrome and a vestibular syndrome. On imaging, an expansive process was found in the cerebellopontine angle. On histology, the diagnosis of medulloblastoma was retained. The patient received a series of cerebral and medullary radiotherapy. The metastasis-free survival after diagnosis was 5 years. Medulloblastoma is a rare tumor in adults. Some characteristics such as age, location and evolution differentiate in general the pediatric forms from those of the adult.
