      The purpose of this paper is to systematize researches conducted in a professional master´s degree program committed to the formative needs of Basic Education teachers. Forming a systematic review supported by a qualitative approach, the study has analyzed seven dissertations. The results indicate that the major formative demands require instruction planning, transdisciplinary practices, collaborative work, and articulation between the contents and the local and global emergency demands, among other issues intrinsically concerning pedagogical practice. Regarding the contributions, the following are highlighted: initiatives that had aided the preparation of adequate planning; stimulus to a sort of teaching that is contextualized and combined with the Sustainable Development Goals; encouragement of collaborative work; proximity between the school and the community; and expanded participation of the internal and external school community in devising the instruction projects and their activities, among other contributions. It was then observed that graduate research is fundamental to provide the needs of teachers working in Basic Education. ; Este artículo tiene como objetivo sistematizar la investigación desde una maestría profesional comprometida con las necesidades de formación de docentes de Educación Básica. Constituyendo una revisión sistemática sustentada en un enfoque cualitativo, la investigación analizó siete disertaciones. Los resultados indican que las principales demandas formativas involucran la planificación de la enseñanza, las prácticas transdisciplinarias, el trabajo colaborativo y la articulación de contenidos con demandas locales y emergencias globales, entre otras cuestiones inherentes a la práctica pedagógica.
