نبذة مختصرة : 本稿では,2022 年度武庫川女子大学入学生を対象に実施されたオンライン意識調査から,ジェンダー,キャリアデザイン,ライフプランに関する結果をまとめる(n=1,273, 回収率49.2%).新入生は,女性に関するジェンダー・ステレオタイプを克服する兆しだけでなく,大学生活を通したキャリア教育に前向きな姿勢を示していた.また,約3 割が常勤で働き続けたいと回答したが,約4 割がライフイベントを契機に退職を想定しており,再就職における雇用形態のばらつきにみられるように,既に多様なライフプランを描いていた.人々の働き方に対する価値観・意識が劇的な変革期を迎えている現在,「MUKOJO未来教育プログラムSOAR」による教育がどのような影響を及ぼすのかは未知数である.本学における教育効果の検証には今後も調査を継続し,新たな時代の武庫女生像を捉えていくことが求められる. ; This report summarizes the results of an online survey on gender attitudes, career design, and life planning administered to the students in Mukogawa Womenʼs University incoming class of 2022( n = 1,273, response rate 49.2%). Not only did they show signs of overcoming gender stereotypes, but they also had positive attitudes toward receiving career education in college. Whereas approximately 30% of them intended to seek full-time employment after graduation, nearly 40% of them expected to leave their jobs when a life event occurred.They had already drawn up diverse life plans at the time of matriculation and reported varying expectations regarding subsequent re-employment. Given that womenʼs participation in society is making continuing progress, it remains to be seen how college education will affect these studentsʼ post-graduation prospectus. To evaluate the educational effectiveness of SOAR, it will be necessary to conduct a follow-up survey with these students when they graduate, as well as those of later classes in the future. ; departmental bulletin paper
