نبذة مختصرة : This study aims to determine the cost, revenue, net income, and efficiency; to know the factors that influence net income; to identify the conditions of internal and external factors, and to formulate an alternative strategy for developing floating net cage in Wonogiri Regency. The basic method is descriptive and analytical method. The samples studied were 51 people and key informants using purposive methods. The data analysis methods include: (1) Business analysis; (2) Regression analysis using the OLS method; (3) SWOT Analysis. The floating net plots studied was 37 plots with the size of each plots is 4,5x4,5x2,5 meter. The average cost for one period is 335,909,703.00 IDR, the revenue is 450,118,300.00 IDR, the net income is 114,124,120.00 IDR, and the efficiency is 1.34. Seed costs have a positive effect (significance 0.019); feed costs have a positive effect (significance 0.014); and labor costs have a positive effect on net income (significance 0.004). The main strength is the continuity of tilapia production, the main weakness is the farmers are depending on manufactured feed, the main opportunity is the increasing demand for tilapia, and the main threat is the harvest which is very dependent on nature.
