Producción de forraje verde hidropónico para abastecimiento de ganado en el municipio de Moroleón Guanajuato

Licenciatura como Médico Veterinario y Zootecnista ; Hydroponic green forage is considered a new biomass production technology as a complement to animal nutrition, being a new source with a high level of use, providing the animal with nutrients in its diet as it is; a high protein content, as well as rich in vitamins and minerals. Among other great advantages is that its production does not have the need to use a substrate (soil) to obtain it, it is developed from the germination of different species of seeds (corn, wheat, oats, etc.). As well as its low production cost, it positions it in an important place compared to other forages. In the state of Guanajuato in 2020 alone, 9,437,772 tons of forage were harvested (SIAP, 2021). Of the 46 municipalities that comprise it, Moroleón is one of the lowest forage producers in the state, since its main economic activity is textile production, as a consequence the promotion of agricultural activity has been paused. The present work proposes the formulation and evaluation of an investment project for the production of hydroponic green fodder plant biomass mats, with the objective of implementing this new technology in the municipality, as well as giving the opportunity to improve the costs that this it implies. It is taken as a methodology for investment projects, which is made up of: a market study, in which the production of fodder in the municipality is analyzed, a technical study in which the production method and its characteristics are developed, as well as also a projection of the production with which the expenses, costs, working capital and investment are estimated to later make a financial analysis and check its technical and financial viability. ; El forraje verde hidropónico es considerado una nueva tecnología de producción de biomasa como complemento a la nutrición animal, siendo una nueva fuente con un nivel de aprovechamiento elevado brindando al animal nutrientes en su dieta como lo es; un alto contenido de ...
