      The industrial revolution that is happening at this time has a major influence on the education development. Education in the 21st century is currently indirectly influenced by the 4.0 revolution. Analysis of educational goals for the Merdeka Learning curriculum is very important to do, because the educational goal to be achieved with the Merdeka Learning curriculum is to produce graduates who have character. However, in its implementation, the Merdeka Learning curriculum is still faced with several challenges, such as difficulties in changing the mindset of educators and students and the readiness of educational infrastructure. Descriptive analysis with literature review used in this research. Challenges in changing the mindset of educators and students and limited infrastructure are the main challenges in implementing the Free Learning Curriculum. Solutions to Overcoming challenges in the Implementation of the Free Learning Curriculum can be in the form of training and coaching, internet access, supporting facilities, government support, and stakeholder involvement.
