The purpose of the evaluation is to determine to what extent the program has reduced the supply and associated harm of volatile substances? Determine to what extent the capacity of Indigenous communities, in the Darwin region, to reduce the harms and demands of alcohol, drugs and volatile substances has been increased? Determine to what extent the capacity of Amity and other community service providers to work with Indigenous communities has been increased?
