Relações comunicacionais: uma ferramenta de ensino na universidade? ; Communication relationships: a teaching tool at the university?

The intention that guided this inquiry was of know and verifying as they are the relations between professors and pupils of the course of licenciatura in Matemática and Pedagogia of the Foundation University of the Rio Grande - FURG. To leave of this question I look for to focus the study in the context in the period of April the September of 2005, respecting the specifications of each one of them.The studies on the comunicacionais relations to the light of Moran (1998), Penteado(1998), Maturana (2000), Porto (2000) among others authors, make possible a reflection on the process of communication in the courses, for beyond the conveyance of contents considering the pedagogical experiences, interwoven of dialogue, mutual influences, emotions and pleasure in the classroom and the too much comunicacionais spaces of the FURG. The methodical option of the present research was the study of the case, using it self for collection of data: questionnaires (with pupils); interviews (with professors) and comments (in classroom). In the searched context I had difficulty to perceive the comunicacionais relations between professors and pupils, leading through the dialogue and of mutual experiences, the education process learning. The results of this work, point that the relation comunicacionais between professors and pupils have as premise to the interactions and exchanges to know daily,leading the educative process. ; O propósito que orientou esta investigação foi o de conhecer e verificar como são as relações entre professores e alunos dos cursos de Licenciatura em Matemática e Pedagogia da Fundação Universidade de Rio Grande –FURG.A partir desta questão procuro focalizar o estudo no contexto de cada curso no período de abril a setembro de 2005, respeitando as especificidades de cada um deles.
