International audience ; Taking its impetus from the Gallic coins from the Richard B. Witschonke collection at theAmerican Numismatic Society, this paper attempts a chronological narrative of the Roman influence on Gallic coins from the first apparent signs in the mid-second century to the third quarter of the first century BC, both in Gallia Transalpina and in Gallia Comata.Since R.B. Witschonke selected his coins with a special emphasis on the triumviral period, the bulk of the paper deals with the so-called colonial dupondii (RPC 514-515, 517, 518, 522, 533, 620-621). The evidence for the chronology of the various issues is reviewed in detail and a revised dating is put forward for some of the issues. ; A partir des monnaies de Gaule provenant du fonds Richard B. Witschonke à l'American Numismatic Society, cet article propose un récit chronologique des influences romaines sur les monnaies gauloises, depuis les premiers signes apparents au milieu du IIe s. av. J.-C., jusqu'au troisième quart du Ier s. av. J.-C., en Gaule Transalpine comme en Gaule chevelue.En accord avec la sélection faite par R. B. Witschonke, qui privilégia les monnaies de la période triumvirale, le coeur de l'article est consacré aux dupondii dit coloniaux (RPC 514-515, 517, 518, 522, 533, 620-621). La chronologie de chaque série est examinée en détail et révisée dans certains cas.
