نبذة مختصرة : [spa] The psychopedagogical practice covers a wide range of possibilities that are rarely known in depth, delimiting it to theattention of children and adolescents with learning problems in the school setting and in the space of the of the psychopedagogist counselling office. It extends both in the public and private sector, through care and prevention activities with a group and individual work methodology, focusing on a population that goes from new-borns to elderly adults. In the field of labour development, it can exist in health centers as well as in education institutionsand other organizations such as prisons and imprisonment facilities. One of the observed problems, considering this as the base for this research, is that in the imprisonment process in the penitentiary center, the socioemotional competences must be considered, with two objectives: strengthen personal strategies and improve the competences for the social and labour reintegration. The inmates carry out a process of institutionalization, independent of the legal situation they may have, which affects their areas of social competence and directly influences hisor her process of reintegration. This implies higher possibility of criminal reoccurrence
