Na minha cama com Dürer

In the morning, I found myself staring at my undone bed… The draperies and cushions produced a series of rhythms, wrinkles, light and shadows that sent my imagination to rivers, mountains and hills, fantastic landscapes, textures of varying scales, a different world every day, the result of a different night all nights. The plasticity of the cloths as well as of the cushions makes the bed as a phenomenon to present itself as a novelty day after day. Sometimes still in the gloom, the morning daily ritual of awakening leads to a dazzle before the phenomenon of the rhythm of the folds, the shadows’ pleats and creases of the draperies and their textures.
