Synopsis:The international news channels plays major role in Middle East issues and crisis's, some experts consider this news channels as a part of foreign policy for the major power in the world. The Arabian spring crisis's push the major international power and the regional powers to use its media facilities to treat with this crisis's So as to ensure its foreign policy interests. From this point this study focus on the content of international news channels owned by the major powers (Russia – Britain) and use them in their interests and fulfillment of its foreign policy towards the Arab and Iranian issues.Subject of the studyThis study aimed to identify the political differences between Russia and Britain. This differences will reflected surely on news treatment for Arabian and Iranian issues ,Both countries playing major role and counter foreign policy toward middle east issues so we select bbc Arabic channel and Russia today to make comparative study by using content analysis for the news bulletins in both channels.Methodology of the Study: This study is one of the descriptive studies that relied on the media, both descriptive and analytical survey method for being the most suitable Method to reach the results that the study aimed to achieve and Because the Information It Offers About the subject of the study.Theoretical frameworkThis study depend on news framing theory, Which seeking for discover hidden meanings and purposes by editing news infixed frames and focus on some parts in news and ignore another parts.FINDINGSBoth channels gave great intention to cover Arabic and Iranian issues with high percentage in both BBC Arabic and Russia today Arabic, and both channels focus on political and military news and on political crisis.
