Las tecnologías emergentes han revolucionado al mundo en las últimas décadas. Pero, sin duda alguna, la aparición de la Inteligencia Artificial ha provocado una revolución tecnológica sin precedentes en distintas áreas de la sociedad, de manera transversal, remeciendo ámbitos que se asumían ajenos a este tipo de desarrollo, como lo son la ética y la educación superior. Este trabajo tiene por objetivo caracterizar, mediante un mapeo sistemático de literatura, los artículos publicados sobre Inteligencia Artificial en educación superior y sus implicancias éticas, entre enero de 2019 y marzo de 2024 en las bases de datos WoS y Scopus. Se analizaron 87 artículos, de los cuales se pudo identificar la necesidad de contar con regulaciones y normativas éticas para el uso responsable de la Inteligencia Artificial en educación superior, destacando la importancia de equilibrar sus beneficios con desafíos éticos. Asimismo, destaca la necesidad de desarrollar programas de estudio actualizados que permitan la formación de profesionales dotados de competencias digitales y conciencia ética. ; Emerging technologies have revolutionized the world in recent decades. But, undoubtedly, the emergence of Artificial Intelligence has provoked an unprecedented technological revolution in different areas of society, in a transversal manner, shaking areas that were assumed to be alien to this type of development, such as ethics and higher education. This work aims to characterize, through a systematic literature mapping, the articles published on Artificial Intelligence in higher education and its ethical implications, between 2019 and March 2024 in WoS and Scopus databases.
