      Diplomsko delo posveča pozornost dejavnikom uspešnega učenja in učnega (ne)uspeha. V teoretičnem delu so predstavljeni številni dejavniki uspešnega učenja, ki posredno ali neposredno vplivajo na otroka, njegovo učenje in učno uspešnost. Predstavljeni so dejavniki, ki izvirajo iz učenca samega in tisti, ki imajo izvor v njegovem okolju. Prav tako je poudarek na dveh izobraževalnih sistemih, osemletnem in devetletnem osnovnošolskem izobraževanju, ki sta v zadnjih letih prevladovala v slovenski osnovni šoli. Poseben poudarek pa je na različnih ocenjevalnih sistemih v osemletni in devetletni osnovni šoli. V empiričnem delu naloge je tabelarično in tudi grafično predstavljeno, kako se je gibal splošni učni uspeh od leta 1991 do danes za učence 4. in 5. razreda v OŠ v Ljutomeru. Tako so proučeni podatki o učnem uspehu učencev v preteklih letih in danes. Prikazana je primerjava učnega uspeha učencev različnih razredov in spolov. ; This diploma devotes attention to the factors of the successful learning and the school success (failure). In the theoretical part the numerous factors of the successful learning are presented which directly or indirectly have influence on the child, his learning process and learning efficiency. Presented are the factors which originate from the pupil himself, and the ones which originate from the pupil's everyday environment. The emphasis is also on the two educational systems that have been predominating in Slovenian schools for past years. The special emphasis is given to the different evalnation systems in eight-year and nine-year primary school. In the empirical part of the diploma there is the graphic and tabular presentation of the movernent of the general school success from 1991 till today for pupils of the grade 4 and 5 in the Primary school Ljutomer. In this way the data about the school success of the pupils are well studied. The comparison of the school success of the children of different sex and grade is also presented.
