      In this work, a study of a storage project for a photo-processing plant was carried out. voltage with oversizing. An oversized photovoltaic plant is one in which the Power generation capacity of solar panels is greater than inverter capacity used. In the present study, the plant is oversized by about 22% more than the inverter limit, thus exceeding its maximum capacity. the storage is fundamental for this case, as it allows capturing the excess power produced and store it for later use. The methodology adopted involved a bibliographical research for understanding the entire process of a plant, being necessary together with the collection available data from the oversized plant, including generational information such as also used technical sheets of the necessary components. later, the collected data data were imported for simulation. The use of MATLAB software and the integrated simulation Simulink allows you to carry out simulations to evaluate the operation of the trained plant and also carry out the strategic management responsible for the detection excess power through MPPT control, thus maximizing power. he was also developed the planner planned for the loading and unloading of the processing. From the results of the validation of the plant, it was deserved that the plant has a power of 127,767 kWp, where the inverter used has a nominal limit of 100 kWp. With mathematical models it was possible to select the type and size of storage necessary for the existing oversizing. Specifically, in this work we used the lithium-ion battery, in which its functioning and its specificities were detailed along throughout the work.
