Since the advent of the computers, they were used to process data and pro- duce meaningful desired output that saved time and manpower. With time computers became common in day-to-day life and people started wishing that computers solved all their problems. Software applications that run on com- puters are designed and developed according to the requirement of end-users. Since the beginning we always had software development processes, which were introduced to develop software in a structured way that is more likely to pro- duce software products which meet the expectation of the customers and are free of errors. In Software development it is said that there is no silver bullet hence software development processes keep evolving naturally with advancements in computing technologies and increasing number of end users. Each software development process that was and is introduced to this day, supports evolving needs of busi- nesses and products used by end users. Quality software is key to the success of a software product, and it is simply not possible to develop a quality soft- ware product without following software development processes. Software is designed and developed as per the customer requirements which have gotten complex with time. Apart from increasing complexity in customer requirements, growing advance- ments in technology stack that is used to develop software products challenges agile development processes which sometimes results in the going outside of the process to complete the task at hand. All requirements combined when put in practice help us determine effectiveness of Agile Software Development Pro- cesses by evaluating how much a process enables/supports software developers to fulfill all requirements with stated guidelines.
