A partilha de conhecimento e a Teoria da Ação Racional : revisão sistemática de literatura

Mestrado Bolonha em Gestão de Recursos Humanos ; Este trabalho procura analisar o contributo da Teoria da Ação Racional na Partilha do Conhecimento através da análise sistemática da literatura científica produzida, entre 2000 e 2021. Os resultados permitiram construir uma matriz onde se evidencia que a Teoria da Ação Racional influencia a partilha de conhecimento. Evidenciou-se que a atitude, norma subjetiva e a autoeficácia fornecem explicações satisfatórias na intenção de partilhar conhecimento. Os resultados obtidos, tendo em conta o período estudado, indiciam que a Teoria da Ação Racional contribui para a Partilha do Conhecimento. ; This work aims to analyze the contribution of the Theory of Rational Action in Knowledge Sharing through a systematic analysis of the scientific literature produced between 2000 and 2021. The results allowed the construction of a matrix where it is evident that the Theory of Rational Action encourages knowledge sharing. It was evidenced that attitude, subjective norm, and self-efficacy provide satisfactory explanations in the intention to share knowledge. The results obtained, taking into account the period studied, indicate that the Theory of Rational Action contributes to Knowledge Sharing. ; info:eu-repo/semantics/publishedVersion
