نبذة مختصرة : This research discusses the rent activities that are usually carried out by residents in the Kwangen Village, namely the land rental auction for former bondo desa. In the implementation of the former bondo desa land rent using an open auction system, between the tenant and the village party in this rent there is a written rent agreement. However, in its implementation there are still some tenants who do not comply with the contents of the agreement. By transferring the rent rights over land management to someone else. The objective of this research was to analyze system the land rent agreement of the former bondo desa and to analyze the fiqh mu'amalah review of the transfer of rights to the land management of the former bondo desa in Kwangen Village, Gemolong District, Sragen Regency.This research was a field qualitative research, with primary data obtained from interviews, observations and documentation of interview result with the village and tenants and secondary data obtained from books, journals, thesis, notes and so on. The data obtained will be analyzed with the stages of data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. The result of this research was that the sytem land rent agreement of the former bondo desa in Kwangen Village, Gemolong District, Sragen Regency is using an auction system by lottery.Then the law on transfer of land management rights of the former bondo desa land rent was not allowed. Because, at the beginning of the contract, there were already rules regarding the prohibition of transfer of land rights of the former bondo desa land auction rental agreement which had been agreed upon by both sides.
