Alguns caracteres podem ter sido reconhecidos erroneamente. ; The main objective of this work is to analysis the effect of a rural credit program, the PRODULEITE, in the economical and technical efficienty os the dairy farmers of south of Minas Gerais. The author determinated the technical coeficients, comparing cost tables and analyzing the technical coefficient comparing them to the farmers average economic indexes in a period of one year before and during the execution of the PRODULEITE. This work is based on the theory of the Tread Mil, where adaption of new technologies causes a drop of the production, cost, in a market economy. The information used in this work comprehends two periods: one period before and another during the execution of the PRODULEITE, and were colected by EMATER-MG. Cobb Douglas Equations were adjusted and submet to Test “t" and Test CHOW. Additionally, a variable “Dummy” was used with the objective to verify the difference between the two periods of the analysis.
