Police officers frequently encounter difficulties, problems, and adversities in both their personal lives and while performing their duties. These challenges may escalate due to the impact of events they experience or external factors. To cope with the stress associated with their profession, police officers employ various coping mechanisms. Numerous studies have been conducted to find solutions to the stress experienced by police officers, and religious beliefs and practices have been considered beneficial in this regard. Religious practices play a significant role in shaping individuals' lives, offering educational avenues for resolving positive and negative events. Considering religious education as the "art of cultivating individuals who adapt successfully to life, becoming happy and peaceful beings," it is believed that religious teachings impart an understanding to individuals facing adverse situations, such as intense stress in the line of duty. In this context, religious education provides police officers with knowledge and attitudes on how to cope with the intense stress inherent in their profession when confronted with stressful incidents.
