The red ceramics industry has been an important generator of income and employment in the most diverse regions of the country. Because it is a sector of intense use of labor, there are constant concerns for the health and safety of workers. employees of these industries. This study is a preliminary risk assessment (APR) inherent in the work activities of a production assistant in a red ceramic industry located in the West in the state of Paraná. This study allowed the identification of the main risks involved in the activity, thus identifying the necessary management and adjustments for each risk, improving the quality of life of employees.
