      INTRODUCTION: Women are the wonderful creation crafted by God. Women have empowered themselves in all the fields across the globe. In the health field it is statistically proved that their life span is extended over men. The intersected factors of biological, cultural, environmental and social aspect strengthen the women’s health. During the reproductive age women they switch over one stage to the other calls for a healthy lifestyle. ❖ Traditionally Postmenopausal Symptoms has been under recognized and untreated. Most of the researcher have been look for ethnic difference in the menopausal Symptoms experience During the past decade Several qualitative studies on women’s menopausal Symptoms experiences indicates that meanings and experiences of menopausal Symptoms were different depending on where when and how they were investigated. ❖ In the few decades, there has been growing interest in the potential health benefits of dietary soy and isoflavones on postmenopausal women. It is notable that only 30% to 50% of Asian women reported menopausal symptoms compared with 70% to 80% of American women. This has led to speculation that high –soy diets of Asian women provided some protection against hot flashes. The interest in alternatives to hormone therapy was augmented by Women’s Health Initiative report shows that there is an increased need of soy supplement. In the year 2017 National Health Interview Survey reported the use soy supplements increased from 16.6% to 56.8%. ❖ Soy is a rich source of the protein geneistein, diadzien and glycitein. Isoflavone are structurally similar to estradiol and have a binding affinity for the beta-estrogen receptor. The diphenolic structure of lignans and isoflavones is similar to that of 17Betaestradiol and these compounds are believed to have estrogenic or antiestrogenic effects, depending on circulating estrogen level.
