      The Functions' topic has some applicability in the everyday life and their concepts are present in all basic education. The objective of this work is to analyze the didactic content knowledge (PCK) for the teaching of functions in basic education in scientific productions (state of knowledge) that are found on Web Of Science between the years of 2015 and 2020. The theoretical framework adopted is the theoretical-analytical model Mathematics Teachers’ Specialized Knowledge (MTSK). It's about the state of knowledge of scientific productions about the teaching knowledge for teaching of Functions in basic education, using the iMTSK as an analysis tool. The results reveal 39 indications and/or evidence of specialized knowledge in all the subdomains of Didactic Content Knowledge in 6 analyzed productions, being them about tasks for teaching Function concepts with context that approach the daily lives of students, examples, analogies of Functions as a machine as a teaching strategy and problem-solving methodology (Knowledge of Mathematical Topics); potentialities, difficulties and possible mistakes of students related to the topic of Functions, contexts that are familiar to students, similar words that can be used for a better understanding of the mathematical definition (Knowledge of Mathematics Learning Characteristics); and skills that students are expected to acquire, prior knowledge, concepts that will be needed later, and the importance of fully understanding the topic of Functions for learning future topics (Knowledge of Mathematics Learning Patterns). ; El tema de las Funciones tiene varias aplicabilidades en la vida cotidiana y sus conceptos están presentes en toda la Educación Básica.
