— An environment in which different processors communicate with each other speeding up computation and improving the data availability is called as distributed environment. Communication and concurrency are the major issues of the distributed environment. Different processors try to communicate with each other avoiding deadlock. The resource contention which is introduced by the concurrent process in distributed computational environment gives rise to deadlock problem. In this paper an effort has been made by the authors to represent deadlock situations with the help of graph. An algorithm is devised to reveal deadlock has occurred. A real time banking system is depicted setting out to be an example. Test cases for the communication deadlock and the UML Sequence Diagram are laid out from the real time example.
