The Conservation of the Historical Cultural Heritage in the Batey Azucarero Manuelita (2002-2016) ; La Conservación del Patrimonio Histórico Cultural en el Batey Azucarero Manuelita (2002-2016) ; A Conservação do Património Histórico e Cultural no Batey Azucarero Manuelita (2002-2016)

The study on the agrarian question continues to be a topic of contemporary interest for Latin America and the Cuban nation. The importance of the subject is given by the projections that the Institute of History of Cuba and the National Union of Cuban Historians have been developing with respect to the history of the Revolution in power, in which the agrarian question and its Changes allow us to understand the solution of social and cultural problems in the Cuban countryside. This work aims to analyze the debates, projects and controversies around the agrarian problem between 1940 and 1959. In this sense, not only the agrarian structure but also the economic, political, ideological and even cultural sphere will be impacted, being a catalyst in these transformations the Agrarian Reform. ; Los estudios relacionados con la salvaguarda y gestión del patrimonio histórico azucarero, aun en la actualidad ofrecen múltiples vacíos por parte de la historiografía nacional que precisan ser abordados desde diferentes enfoques interdisciplinarios. Tal problemática se muestra más sensible desde el ámbito de los estudios históricos regionales y locales. Al tenor de ello, en el presente artículo proponemos como objetivo general diseñar un plan de manejo para contribuir a la conservación del Patrimonio Histórico Cultural del Batey Azucarero “Manuelita” entre 2002-2016. El trabajo se sustenta a partir de tres ejes teóricos fundamentales como Patrimonio Histórico Cultural, Batey azucarero y Planes de Manejo. La novedad del tema radica en la propuesta de prácticas de actuación para la conservación y sociabilización del patrimonio histórico-cultural vinculado a la industria azucarera en Cienfuegos, enriquece, la teoría actual sobre Planes de Manejo Patrimonial y su realización en Cienfuegos y completa vacíos de investigación en respuesta a políticas culturales. ; Os estudos relacionados à salvaguarda e à gestão do patrimônio histórico açucareiro, ainda hoje, oferecem múltiplas lacunas por parte da historiografia nacional que precisam ...
