      For the scientific community, the Occupational safety and health is a challenge now a days. In 2018, the number of the issues about the workers with any injury or illness was 3.1 million in Europe. The society has a lot of tools to face to the occupational safety and health problem, one of them most important, common, and useful tools for this business is the learning, training, and consciousness about the hazard and dangerous in the job. In the scientific literature we can find papers about the different approach of the extended reality to train or teach the workers. Today, the stopper to apply as universal way these technologies in industry, engineering and constructions is the cost to create experiences. So, this background we can introduce our initial hypothesis and based on our hypothesis, i propose the main objective and the set of secondary objectives that these secondary objectives compose the main objective. To achieve the objectives, I study the human augmentation scientific field and I focus on extended reality to create a solution, that using the artificial intelligent and semiautomatic algorithm, to allow to create and publish in cheap way a training and learning extended reality experiences. Thus, we can resolve the stoppers to use it as new generation tools to train workers in occupational safety and health. As a compendium thesis I use 4 papers wrote in my research road map. These papers describe the cybersecurity and robust solution to split the experience creating process into two phases such as design and programming and to remove the programming phase. Moreover, the solution uses the cloud to distribute the new experience without any new install process. So, I describe the pilot experience where the set of students used the solution to train in occupational safety and health. In this pilot experience store data from 287 minutes of the executions. The data highly that 83,18% of the experience were success and the 93,12% of the student score the extended reality as a very good solution as new ...
