نبذة مختصرة : The objective was to assess the influence of menstrual cycle phases on performance tests of futsal athletes. The sample consisted of 15. Analyzes were carried out in three phases of the cycle: in the follicular phase (FP), in the luteal phase (LP) and in the premenstrual (PM) phase. The tests were applied: to evaluate the anaerobic resistance - Running Anaerobic Sprint Test (RAST); for speed with change of direction – Square Test; to evaluate linear velocity - Test 10 and 20 meters, for flexibility - Bank of Wells; and finally to analyze the power and strength of lower limbs - Squat Jump (SJ) and Countermovement Jump (CMJ). The evaluated athletes had a mean age of 24.73 years. 60% of participants do not use any contraceptive method. In this study, the different phases of the menstrual cycle did not influence the results of the physical performance of anaerobic resistance (PM: 6,52s; FP: 6,37s; LP: 6,37s), speed with change of direction (PM: 5,59s; FP: 5,83s; LP: 5,72s) and linear (PM: 3,52s; FP: 3,57s; LP: 3,51s), flexibility (PM: 33,48cm; FP: 34,00cm; LP: 32,86cm), power (PM: 28,62cm; FP: 28,54 cm; LP: 29,24cm) and strength (PM: 27,26cm; FP: 27,35cm; LP: 27,78cm) of the lower limbs, with very close averages in the different phases of the cycle, including the premenstrual one. ; El objetivo fue evaluar la influencia de las fases del ciclo menstrual en las pruebas de rendimiento de deportistas de fútbol sala.
