      This dissertation presentes a research developed in Master degree Course in Education of Federal University of Pelotas (PPGE-UFPel) and analyzed the implications of policies of National Pact for Strengthening High School - PNEM, of National Program of Textbook - PNLD and of Program Innovative High School –PROEMI, in the state public school Bom Conselho, in the curriculum and in the teachers‟ work. In this sense, it was proposed to understand how the teachers and the school management evaluate these policies, the impacts produced in the work, their relation with the pedagogical practices and the possible relations of resistance and creation of the teachers in the school practices. The theoretical framework that underlies this research is constituted by studies on the educational politicies and the work of the teachers, in which questions are discussed concerning the context of the educational reforms from the years of 1990 and to the effects of the regulation of the work of the teachers propitiated by the reformist policies. It was constituted as a case study, carried out in the Bom Conselho state school of Silveira Martins / RS, having as subjects of research a total of six teachers. The data analyzed were obtained from the official documents of the focused policies, semi-structured interviews with teachers and managers and observations made in classrooms. The data triangulation method of official texts was used with content analysis of interviews and observations. After the analysis, it was possible to verify that the policies of the PNEM, PNLD and PROEMI are perceived in different ways by the teachers and enter the school in an improvised way, being able to present conflicting orientations. The research, among other results, shows that, in spite of criticisms of some of the policies, teachers usually incorporate only what is useful for the work they do in schools. ; Sem bolsa ; Esta dissertação apresenta uma pesquisa desenvolvida no Curso de Mestrado em Educação da Universidade Federal de Pelotas (PPGE-UFPel) ...
