نبذة مختصرة : Syftet med vår studie är att synliggöra hur förskollärarna arbetar för att stimulera barnens motivation till rörelse. Vi fokuserar undersökningen på hur en stimulerande miljö kan påverka motivationen, och vad förskollärarens inställning har för betydelse för barnets rörelseglädje. Genom motivationsteorin fann vi det intressant att undersöka om förskolan arbetar med barnets inre motivation som drivkraft till fysisk aktivitet. Vår studie använder kvalitativa semistrukturerade intervjuer som datainsamlingsmetod. Vi intervjuade åtta förskollärare som arbetar inom samma kommun. Resultatet visar att det är många faktorer som påverkar barnets inre motivation. Det visar även att den fysiska aktiviteten uppstår mer spontant än att förskollärarna planerar den i undervisningen. Flera av förskollärarna uppmärksammade undersökningen positivt genom att de beskriver ämnet som viktigt och att det borde ha ett större fokus i utbildningen. ; The purpose of our study is to investigate how preschool teachers work to stimulate children's motivation for movement. We focus the study on how a stimulating environment can affect motivation, and what significance the preschool teacher's attitude has for the child's joy of movement. Through The Motivation Theory, we found it interesting to investigate whether the preschool works with the child's inner motivation as a driving force for physical activity. Our study uses qualitative semi-structured interviews as a data collection method. We interviewed eight preschool teachers who work in the same municipality. The results show that there are many factors that affect the child's inner motivation. It also shows that the physical activity arises more spontaneously than the preschool teachers plan it in the teaching. Several of the preschool teachers paid positive attention to the survey by describing the subject as important and that it should have a greater focus in the education.
