نبذة مختصرة : The profile of Pancasila students is a form of effort to reveal Indonesian education. However, this effort has not accompanied the formulation of a Pancasila teacher profile as a shield for Pancasila students. This paper aims to formulate a Pancasila teacher profile that focuses on the aspects of multiculturalism and independent learning. For this reason, the authors conducted a literature study using reading and note-taking techniques combined with critical compilation techniques. That is why, the author reads and records comments from various relevant literature. Views from various sources are compiled and criticized according to the author's considerations. The results of the study found that Pancasila teachers were at least a type of teacher who at a minimum was independent and had a global outlook and a soul according to Pancasila values. From the aspect of multiculturalism, Pancasila teachers value diversity in carrying out their responsibilities. From the aspect of independent learning, the Pancasila teacher is a teacher who makes learning an inherent part of his profession.
