نبذة مختصرة : Objective: To identify facilitators and barriers to the inclusion of gender perspective and diversity in medical careers in Argentina. Methodology: During 2021-2022, a qualitative study was developed from a descriptive-interpretative perspective. Semi-structured and in-depth interviews were conducted with decision-makers from different universities in Argentina. Results: They were organized into four dimensions of analysis: university management, student training (curricular content), management and training conditioning factors, and agents of the university community in pursuit of identifying facilitators and barriers. Conclusions: The data reveal that, in most of the institutions, isolated actions are being carried out and generated by punctual and eventual initiatives. Curricular inclusion is low and occurs partially in: - in compulsory subjects related to sexual and reproductive health, legal frameworks and ethics, - in elective subjects, or - in postgraduate courses. Thus, training in gender perspective is absent in the formal curriculum of the career. There is evidence of low proactivity on the part of decision makers to generate policies or actions and a strong protagonism of student centers and feminist political activism as a pressure force to address these issues within the university. ; Objetivo: identificar facilitadores y obstaculizadores para la inclusión de la perspectiva de género y diversidad en carreras de Medicina de Argentina.
