نبذة مختصرة : This article describes the perception that students and teachers of a district school in the city of Bogotá D.C. had about the teaching and learning strategies developed during the COVID-19 pandemic. e information was collected through surveys and the data analysis was carried out through a methodology by frequencies from an interpretive paradigm. As a result, it was possible to identify two types of educational strategies in the aforementioned activities: pedagogical, which accounted for an exercise of creativity and adaptability to improve learning, and operational, which sought to guarantee the continuity of the educational process remotely / virtually. These actions refer to those implemented to improve skills in the use of ICT, in an effort to guarantee the forms and means of communication, remote access and the virtual meeting of teachers and students. While these activities related to the operational nature had a greater presence and mention by the respondents, this emphasis was interpreted with some conditions, guidelines and contexts of the Colombian educational system that, for this particular case study, allowed to point out an important gap in the development of pedagogical activities focused on improving educational quality.
