نبذة مختصرة : In 2013 the Universidad Nacional de General Sarmiento welcomed the donation of the Archive of the Agrarian League Movement (AMLA, made up of three funds) which mirrors he evolution of the Rural Catholic Action Movement, the Mesopotamian Northeastern Agrarian Leagues from 1955 to 1976. The archive was registered according to the norms ISAD (G), MARC y EAD, DC mainly, which has implied a process of research and to human resources coaching at the UByD. An exhaustive description was carried out from the fond level till the Simple Documents Unit (UDS). The UByD runs the ABCD Library management software with CDS/ISIS, whereas the most commonly used archive (ICA AtoM, Archon, Archivist’s Toolkit) use MySQL y PHP. Different sources that crosswalked the norm ISAD with MARC 21 and EAD were consulted so as to keep the uniformity of the technological system of the UByD and so as to define the structure of the data base where to register the AMLA material. Thus, the resulting OPAC offers the user the representation of the different levels as well as the presentation in context of the component parts of the archive. The consulted crosswalks– even the official EAD and MARC site- did not cover the elements of the seven ISAD areas, in addition they just offered references to the MARC 21 fields for one specific ISAD element, not the subfields. A data base structure based on MARC 21, in agreement with the ISAD(G), is presented.
